Major Montana Max

First appeared in: V2C4 "Dead Zone p4". The leader of the mysterious Nazi organization "Millenium," he appears intent on creating a global and endless war by any means necessary, with the only obstacle standing in his way being the English Protestant organization known as Hellsing. Once a member of the Nazi's SchutzStaffel (or SS), his experiments on the demonic and undead were halted by Hellsing agents Walter and Alucard during World War 2.

Pip Vernedead

image:CHARMvernedead.jpg First appeared in: V2C6 "Balance of Power p2". Leader of the mercenary group Wild Geese that joins Hellsing after Millenium's attack on Hellsing headquarters, he is a skilled soldier who, while appearing to be a fairly shallow and lecherous man, he has a kinder, lighter side he maintains in even the most volatile of situations. He is killed by Zorin Blitz during the second Millenium attack on Hellsing, and, due to romantic relationship he forms with Seras, convinces her to drink his blood, unlocking her powers.

Doc

image:CHARMdoc.jpg First appeared in: V3C2 "Elevator Action p1". Head of the Millenium's R&D department, he heads the organization's demonic research. Often seen at the Major's side, he is also the inventor of the chips(which possibly inspired the freak chips in the TV series) placed in all of Millenium's demonic creatures, which monitors their battle statistics and can be used to spontaneously combust anyone with one.

Hans Gunsche

image:CHARMhans-gunsche.jpg First appeared in: V3C2 "Elevator Action p1". Captain of the Millenium forces, he has a long-standing rivalry with Alucard and Walter, and Alucard has suggested that he is the last surviving member of a mysterious race.

Tubalcain Alhambra

image:CHARMtubalcain-alhambra.jpg First appeared in: V3C3 "Elevator Action p2". Known as the "dandy man"(the name of a folk song and defined as a man with expensive clothes and personal vanity), he uses thousands of black magic playing cards to dismember his foes and heal his cellular structure. Alucard tears off Tubalcain's right arm and drinks the man's blood, absorbing Alhambra's memories of Millenium's next move.

Schrodinger

image:CHARMschrodinger.jpg First appeared in: V4C4 "Age of Empire p3". The leader of Millenium's Werewolves, this seemingly young boy is a vicious creature who often serves as the Major's envoy. His name and appearance is a reference to the quantum mechanics experiment created by Erwin Schrodinger in which he proposes that a cat, placed in a box which has a 50% chance of being exposed to the poison gas nearby, is both a living and a dead cat, simultaneously, until an observer opens the box, causing the cat to now exist as either one or the other. Schrodinger is able to instantaneously transport himself anywhere, be it a building, a person's mind, and so forth.

Zorin Blitz

image:CHARMzorin-blitz.jpg First appeared in: V4C4 "Age of Empire p3". A highly toned and muscular woman with an ever changing array of tattoes on her right side. Smoking a ciagrette and wielding a large scythe, she is another of Millenium's members that exists purely for violence. With her tattoo design she is able to bring about an opponents darkest fears and memories and then, when the opponent is thoroughly distracted, cut them in half. She is left to die at the hands of the newly reborn Seras, as a direct result of disobeying Montana Max's orders and killing Seras' love, Pip Vernedead.

Rip van Winkle

image:CHARMrip-van-winkle.jpg First appeared in: V4C4 "Age of Empire p3"; First speaking lines in: V4C8 "D p2". A female sniper with a long barreled rifle, she is often shown reciting, or referenced in regards to, the German opera Der Freischutz, in which the main character, Kaspar, attempts to trick the "devil of the hunt," Samiel, who invariably takes Kaspar to Hell. Rip's name, however, is the name of a short story by Washington Irving, where the main character falls asleep under a tree(Rip in Hellsing falls asleep under a parasol) for 20 years. Rip's bullets, in the manga, home in on opponents and tear them apart, with even one bullet decimating land and air forces. At first completely terrified of Alucard, she overcomes her fear and faces the vampire down, only to be stabbed by her own rifle and have her blood drank by Alucard.
