Hellsing Alucard

An engineered vampire operative, Alucard is known as the "No-Life King," killing demons, including his own breed, in servitude to the Hellsing organization. Though produced by various black arts and, presumably, some more modern technology, Alucard is the pennicle of all things vampire. However, as a way to keep Alucard in check, the previous Hellsing generations gave Alucard "Control Art Restrictions," which come in three levels and a default state, the latter of which Alucard remains in 95% of the time. Releasing control art restriction levels default through two is entire based on Alucard's personal discretion in a situation, the invocation of level 1, returning him to the state of "No-Life King," requires verbal command from Integra. In these forms, Alucard has several abilities, which control art restrictions limit(or in some cases, erase) him from using. Alucard's control art restrictions can not be removed in the presence of holy barriers such as Anderson's scriptures.

Abilities
Regeneration
This ability allows Alucard to heal almost instantaneously from all wounds excluding those from blessed objects or high level demonic energy. With each control art release, his rate of healing is increased, at final form allowing him to recover from, and counter, even attacks originating from demonic gods.
Shadow Transport
With this ability, Alucard is able to open shadow portals that allow him to move freely in any point within the third dimension, irrelevant of orientation or distance. This does not seem to be affected by control art restrictions.
Eyes
Alucard is able to generate eyes on his body that allow him extra sensory perceptions, such as mind reading and the creation of illusions. Releasing control arts allows Alucard to form these all around his body, increasing his ability to create illusions around foes, and alter three dimensional reality by removing light. These eyes also seem to serve as power conduits, thus, the more he's able to form, the more energy he can generate.
Transformation
Alucard is able to take several physical shapes, besides his final form, which afford him various advantages. At final stage, Alucard can generate multiple, seperate, transformations.
Fog
Alucard's only transformation that doesn't require physical alteration, his ability to create fog from his body can cause confusion on a battlefield, or cloak the actions of himself and other Hellsing operatives. Control art restrictions likely have little bearing on this form, though it's usage in anything beyond his default level is unheard of.
Dog
This multi-eyed black demon dog can be used in several ways, one of which is stealth, allowing him to move about the environment more freely. Also, when Alucard's body and energy are scattered, if there is sufficient mass, a separated part of his body can take the dog form, and return to his main body with greater speed. Finally, during the release of control art restrictions, Alucard can use his black magic to construct dog-like shadow appendages, which have a great deal of brute strength, often inspiring fear into his opponents.
Bat
Releasing control art restrictions to any level affords Alucard the power to travel by separating into well over one hundred bats. This also allows Alucard to reconstitute his body, if his body and energy have been scattered, much quicker than normal, usually resulting in Alucard returning to his straight jacket costume.
