Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu is the name of a Popular Anime series based on the light novels made by Shoji Gatoh. It is the third anime statement based on the same novels, being the first ones Full Metal Panic! and Full Metal Panic!:The Second Raid.

Summary
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu is almost entirely a comedy special of the Full Metal Panic! series. It presents most of the original characters in many dangerous, yet comical situations.
The stories' are based on Souske Sagara's incapacity of living a normal live, due to his high military training (although his young age) and the Headache that this causes to his Class President, Kaname Chidori. This is also motive of some running jokes in the other series, but in this one it is highly exaggerated. In the first episode, for example, he makes his shoe locker to explode because he noticed that someone had opened it. When he searched in the rubble, he found some parts of what seemed to be a letter; and although it was a love letter, he interpreted it as a threatening letter with a lot of unexistent menaces; making him to wait the "supposed" criminal highly armoured and camouflaged. This actions make Chidori to physically punish him in many ways, being a giant paper fan the most used one.
Other thing used to produce hilarant situations are the "Paranoia Effect" both in his single to massive forms. This is specially seen in the episode where he trained a group of quite pathetic rugby players, or the last one. The effect is so strong that they manage to change the weather and even to make the atmosphere so heavy that the surrodings start to collapse (like in DBZ).
